REMANUFACTURED EXCHANGE

Cornell’s can minimise your down-time by providing remanufactured exchange fuel pumps, injectors, and turbochargers. Cornells set the standard with their remanufactured service exchange components with 100% replacement of critical parts on every unit to ensure a high standard of consistent repair outcomes. The cost is comparable, and sometimes more cost effective, than repairing your own equipment, but without the costly down-time. We carry an extensive range of exchange pumps for road vehicles and other applications.

Cornell’s service exchange units are remanufactured, not just repaired. This means at a minimum a set number of critical items in the bill of materials are replaced 100% of the time with genuine parts without question or compromise. We offer a full range of exchange components to suit most of the common applications including current model 4WD, passenger vehicles, light commercial, mid-range and heavy duty trucks.

Be aware that less expensive options are often advertised by competitors, but this is most likely due to the fact that only a bare minimum of parts and/or non-genuine parts are used by them to rebuild an exchange unit which will most likely result in performance issues and reduced service life.
